Payment Instructions:
Accepted forms of payment: MC/Visa, Discover, American Express credit cards, cash, cashier's check or wire transfer. An additional 3%          admin fee will apply for payments made via credit card.

• All invoices must be paid on auction day up to $1000.00. All credit cards on file will be charged at the end of the auction for all purchases up to $1000.00. All bidders with invoices over $1000.00 will need to contact 864.554.0929 or email johnny@jkauctions.com within 24hrs. to make arrangements for payment on remaining balances. All bidders that do not make contact within 24hrs concerning open invoices over $1000.00 will be reported to Proxibid as non-paying bidders. No exceptions. Remaining balances can be paid by credit card, wire transfer, cash or cashier’s check. If paying by cash, buyer must have exact amount. No change will be available. Payment in full is due within 2 business days of close of auction.

Bidders who do not personally preview the items for sale understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determining factor. Johnny King Auctioneers, Inc. shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Johnny King Auctioneers, Inc. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

Johnny King Auctioneers, Inc. is providing Internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Johnny King Auctioneers, Inc. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Johnny King Auctioneers, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
