A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all live bid purchases at the auction. All items must be paid for in full immediately following the sale by cash, good check (personal and business checks will be accepted from customers w/established relationship w/auction company - (all other checks will require a bank letter of guarantee to Johnny King Auctioneers, Inc.) or credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover. A 3% admin fee will be added to all credit card/2% to all debit card purchases. A 7% Georgia sales tax will be added to all purchases unless buyer has a valid resale certificate.
A 12% buyer premium will be added to all purchases. Payments may be made by wire transfer or Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit or debit cards only. A 3% transaction fee will be added to all credit card purchases-2% on debit cards.
BIDDERS WITH INVOICES $1000.00 AND UNDER: Unless bidders have paid in full onsite on auction day, the bidders credit card will be charged after the auction.
BIDDERS WITH INVOICES OVER $1000.00: Unless bidders have paid in full onsite on auction day
the bidders credit card will be charged $1000.00. Bidders must contact Johnny King at 864-554-0929 or email johnny@jkauctions.com within 24 hours to arrange payment of remaining balances. Invoices must be paid in full within 48 hours of the auction. ALL BIDDERS THAT HAVE NOT PAID IN FULL WITHIN 48 HOURS WILL BE REPORTED TO PROXIBID AS NON-PAYING BIDDERS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
